Neff coffee maker only giving half cups

Hi
We have got a Neff coffee maker and it is only giving half cups,I have done a calc'n'clean twice, changed the water filter,turned it off for 4hrs,and adjusted the bean grind from fine to course with no change to the amount that comes out.
Has anyone else had this problem ?

Hi

Have you gone through all the settings menus? I'm sure in there you can adjust quantities, temperatures and other settings.

If you can't work this out or find it in the instructions give Neff customer services a call and I'm sure they will help you sort it out.

This is a long shot, but there are 2 pipes that deliver coffee. Is there a chance one of them is blocked delivering only half quantity through the available pipe? I dont know what the solution is.

Thank you for your reply CK we phoned neff today but their was not a coffee machine engineer their we will phone back tomorrow and let you know how we got on.

Thank you for your reply ryder 72 my husband will have a look at the pipe tomorrow I hope that is what is wrong with it . Will let you know tomorrow
