My ESA claim was started on 2nd Dec.
I know it is paid fortnightly so can I presume my first payment will be exactly 2 weeks from that date. Or is it paid on a certain day of each fortnight for everyone. If the latter please can someone advise what day and week it is please. I'm used to monthly salary on last Thursday of month hence trying to work it out.

Easiest way to find out when your payment day is, is to ring DWP and ask.0

Guess its jut a case of wait and see then when first payment appears and work on fortnightly from that point. Maybe I'll mentally stick with working on old method of planning of it going in at end of month and ignore the reality.0
