Normal circ's are in approx' 4 days JCP will send you notification that the money will be in your account in a further 4 working days.

    Turnaround of about 10 days.
Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.
  • i would say at least a minimum of 2 weeks once you send it off to them as it usually takes few days to get there then they have to open it from the postal address that receives it then send it onto the relevant department then they process it then they send payment which usually takes about 3 days after al that to get to you

called them today they advised they do not know if received the form until a payment is issued! what if it is lost? this is for removal expenses etc so now in a panic, why cant they have a system where they can check if they have the acceptance letter? we are now on day 13 of sending 1st class but was told 1st class would not have made a difference

hello, i havent had a budgeting loan for quite a number of years now because i think i was rejected a few years back because me and my earned too much money.

Is there an eligibility test you can do anywhere or has anything changed where anybody can get budgeting loans these days?

    thanks
