I've tried a couple of times and it didn't work - I suspected it was because they couldn't match my details automatically? (my address?)
Annoyingly the Mrs has managed to?0 -
Just an update. I have now succeeded in activating my details - it was probably a misjudgement by me all along - but an understandable one :-[
It seems that the page was not accepting the format of the information I put in all along, and I did not spot this. Specifically, when you put a secret question in you should not complete it with a question mark It does not say this in terms mind you, just something like: "Your question has been entered incorrectly". And this prompt appears in blue above the main body of the form - It was not obvious, in other words.
Anyway, just glad I got it sorted out :P
Thanks all! M.....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0 -
I had similar trouble in that passwords can't contain symbols, so much for security
I'm also amazed that despite not having even got hold of the physical card yet I have already been given a first statement about 3 weeks after applying requesting my first payment which screws up my normally monthly payment cycle of wages > pay bills0 -
nope, taken me nearly 2 months to get no where!! s*d em. I am paying it off and tearing up my card now! What goes around - comes around
give lots and you will always recieve lots0 -
I never did get my card so finally shut the account last week after 7 months, decided I was better off using my egg anniversary and being free of sainsburys, never again0
