Parking Eye soft appeal success

I've been helping out another friend this time with Parking Eye.
Usual PCN post POFA short alleged overstay.
Wrote an challenge using a lot of info on the newbies stickies.
Just heard that a letter has been received from PE cancelling the charge.
They obviously wanted to keep the £27 + vat for the Christmas party.
So the message is guys do not ignore, get a decent soft appeal in with help from this forum they do roll over and give up

Pity the charge isnt £100 or more then maybe they would drop more scams or go bankrupt.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
