Parking eye appeal

ills_
Hi guys, I got a ticket on my windscreen about a month a go from Parkingeye at south mimms service station and wondering if someone can help. I accidentally entered the coaches parking area, however there were insufficient signage and the one sign that I could see was not readable. Sadly as a new user I cannot add links to images.
I have received a reminder letter and now need to appeal. I need some help on the wording, what to admit to etc. Thanks in advance.

@ills_. Can you confirm that the windscreen ticket was issued by ParkingEye as this is not their usual modus operandi at a motorway service area. They rely, in the main, on the use of ANPR cameras timing entry and exit only.
It's important that we know precisely who the PPC is as this will help tailor advice to your particular circumstances. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As always, sound advice from CM and Co,
Read the "Newbies threads and they will tell you all you need to know.
Take your time, digest and all will become clear soon enough.
The main thing being that you will not have to pay ParkingLie (if you have the correct PPC) a penny.0 -
