Open New Current Account with Bank I Switched From?

I left my bank to take up the M&S £125 switching offer, but the service isn't great so I was thinking about just opening a new current account with my old bank, transferring all my money there and using that account going forward (without closing the M&S account). Is there any reason why I can't do this?
I don't believe I am compelled to pay in a regular amount to my M&S account so I don't see any reason why I would have to keep using it. The main issue is whether I agreed not to open a new account with my old bank and use that but I can't see anything about that in the terms and conditions...
Any help very much appreciated.

Nothing to stop you opening a new account with your old bank.0

Opening an M&S account has not precluded you from opening a bank account with any other provider.0

Switch it again and get some money in the process.0

Why don't you want to close your new M&S account if it's not what you hoped for?
You could just (apply to) switch back if that was acceptable and everything would be taken care of for you
Presumably, you want the £125? If so you will need to ensure you keep to whatever terms apply to that offer.
But I'm sure there isn't a term that precludes you opening another account with another bank, if that is what you want to do.
There is no obligation on the bank you have left, or any other bank, to accept you as a new customer0 -

Yeah, I want the £125. I can't see anything stopping me from switching back, but I imagine there must be something... I guess I'll wait till I've spent the voucher then I'll ask M&S!0 -
OK, I was just trying to see if you could make a little money...if you were returning to Halifax for example.sylvrtortus wrote: »I left Natwest0
