Warm Home Discount - What Next for 2015/16?

I know this is possibly a little previous but I have been looking around to see if there is going to be a new scheme to replace the WHD after this winter?

This is the final year of the scheme and it would be good to know whether there will be any help for 2015 onwards. I have done some googleing (is that a word?) but not found anything myself, so wondered if anyone else had any news?

So I just did some looking about.

On October 2nd, the Department of Energy and Climate Change proposed an extension to March 2016.

This was in a consultation period until 13th November, and neither the submissions nor the results have yet been published.

So although that info about Ovo's future participation is encouraging, it may be a bit early for a formal declaration.
