Accidentally purchasing tickets from AXS (event ticket sales)

Hi all.
Arghh I just made a massive error
I bought some tickets through axs this morning to and event. I had two devices on the go from the on-sale time to double my chances at getting good seats.
Anyway device 1 came up with bad seats, device 2 came up with ok seats. On device I joined the queue again while I started to go through the payment process slowly on device two (in case I got better tickets on device 1) and I got to the page where I had to confirm and I thought I'd wait until to see what device one had found.
Alas... Device 1 found better seats which I was happy to settle for. I thought I had cancelled the tickets on device 2, but i pressed confirmed instead! Not realising until I had confirmed for my ideals seats on device !!
Basically... Is there any way I can get a refund on the tickets I don't want? It was a genuine accident. I don't think I'll be able to resell for the same price as its a specialist event and I can't imagine it selling out anyway.
Thanks in advance.

A Very annoyed person! (tickets we're £100 each so a nice £400 or so has been taken )

I tried ringing customer service but it's constantly engaged. One Direction tickets went on sale today too so it's probably poor girls ringing to complain they didn't get the fron row tickets they hoped for0

Who were the tickets for? If someone popular you could try passing them on to a 3rd party seller like get me in or seatwave if the company wont cancel them for youFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0
