Sky Card - Interest Rate Increase

Hi

Has any other Skycard customers had a letter this week upping the interest rate?

I think the letter says 21.9% now for me. The website is still showing 16.9% for new applicants - variable though.

Is it just me?

I pay the balance off every month so don't get charged but would like to be on a good deal card regardless.

i was accepted for a Skycard 12 days ago but as yet i have only recieved my pin number anyone know how long it usually takes for the card to arrive and what the limits are like,cheers

My card took 7 weeks!

This is the 2nd time I've had this product, rubbish customer service and online facilities are useless. Never again.

Hello All, yes like you folks my rate is going up to 19.9 from Oct statement
I cant agree about the online service never had any trouble with it,able to view balance etc and pay via my debit card is also trouble free.

Ps i dont work for sky card

TBH it should only take a few more days for the card to arrive. Although looking at other peoples experiences it could take longer!
Just worth phoning them up to see what they say.

recieved a letter today about the changes in T&C'S ,but still no card this is an absolute shambles as i'm approaching 3 weeks and still waiting to recieve the card

Have you phoned them?
If so what did they say?
It really is worth checking and seeing if they have an explanation for the lengthy delay.
