All appeals dismiss

I apologise if my situation has been answered in previous threads

I recently received a Parking Charge Notice whilst parking in a bay that had been previously allocated to me.
Recently I received a letter stating that parking control management where to take over the managing of our flats parking. When I did not revive a residents parking permit ( I did receive a visitors permit) I contacted PCM where I was told there was a pending query over the allocation of parking spaces. I was also told we would have to wait until we received our residents pass. At no point were we told that we were not to park in the space we had previously been designated and had been parking in for the previous year.
I have appealed to PCM and the IAS but unfortunately this was prior to reading forums and both appeals were dismissed.

As a really of this I have received a letter from PCM with a final reminder stating to pay £100 or the case will be passed on to a debt collection agency whom may commence enforcement via county court. It also states that if this was to go to county court and a CCJ is successful court fees and solicitor costs could be added.

Through reading forums I am under the impression I should not pay an ignore the debt collector letters and respond to those from court.
I apologise if this has been mentioned in previous threads I am just worried a I am an apprentice who cannot afford to pay extortionate fines especially close to Christmas

Yes you can safely ignore any and all bog paper you receive from debt collectors, but not genuine court papers.

    Definitely do not pay.

Since you have already appealed and lost the advice now I think is to ignore unless you get real court papers. IAS/IPC use a kangaroo court that is wholly biased towards the PPC and it is actually easier to beat this at court. You won't get a CCJ unless you lose in court, and don't pay. The experts on here will help you if it does come to court and you have a very good chance of winning.

My advice is sit tight, ignore debt collector letters, and only react if you get a letter before action/claim, or real court papers.

I cannot see this going to court, so, unless they issue a claim, ignore and raise merry hell with the managing agents and Residents' Association if you are a leaseholder, or your landlord if you are a tenant.

The IAS decision is without merit, and in a court would stand in your favour.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
