3 months rent is owed because they deliberately stopped paying once they knew they were leaving .
Damage to property is extensive, water damage , ripped off doors, candle burns, missing inventory etc. It is a proper tenancy all documented, signed and registered.
Am I able to issue a money claim using their work address.
    Thanks

    Wow, u sure it's only 2k?

What do u mean missing inventory? As in things missing? Rather than the document?

You are, but like I said if they can reasonably prove service not received. Can u not serve in person and video?

I note that they have thier mail redirected from my house where they lived , ( via royal mail redirection service) . Could I reasonably send their summons to " their last known address , being my porperty. they vacated?

Not saying you don't know this, but can you prove this?

Is the Royal Mail willing to put something in writing?

    Actually no.

Knowing something and proving it are two different things. If the Royal Mail is willing to confirm redirection then that's one thing.

But a judgement set aside is not nonsense!
