    Yes ^^^ I agree. I think there is a few opinions on here from posters who have been badly stung, and their views are very skewed and prejudiced.

    The council are stringent yes, but they're not evil conniving monsters. They are just there to establish the truth, and many people do go there and lie, and they know that.

    But as I said, it would be foolhardy to ignore the letter, as the next correspondence will be a summon to court. So do go OP, and take a legal representative with you.

    Cos its an opinion. An opinion which tells the OP what to do cos the rest of the thread is full of posts which are opinions telling the Op what to do. Albeit with some sort of self asserted authority. Very odd indeed.
