Change of address restarted letters

Hi,
The OH had a PCN in summer 2012. Took advice and duly ignored. Lots of letters to me as registered keeper from Debt a Recovery Plus.
Nothing much received for the last year or so.
Moved house and thought I best update my address with UKPC, just in case they tried to get a default judgement using my old address.
Now got a letter from DRP saying cough up by now or they will 'recommend' court action etc.
Used to dealing with idiots like these but not for parking issues.
Is the advice to just continue ignoring?
Was updating my address a mistake?
Thanks
HB

In Summer 2012 there was no keeper liability as the POFA 2012 only came in on 1st Oct that year. So as keeper you have no case to answer, can ignore the whole thing but at least the silly Zenith and DRP letters will all come to your address now so you can be sure there are no surprise court papers from UKPC further down the line (highly unlikely and easy to defend for a keeper re a pre-POFA case)!
We have been laughing at this letter chain for years and years, look, they can't proceed with court action, they are pen pushers:
