i heard if you buy online through quidco and othere and take goods back to shop they do NOT decline quidco

anyone had this?

i did it online, if you log in and go to my account there is a link on there somewhere that says how to cancel, it takes you through a few screens where you have to put in your security question and then it offers you an extra month free or something just click no thanks. they have a 7 day validation period to check all discs are back etc so make sure you have sent them back because it says they charge you £30 oer disc if you dont hope it helped

Thanks. I have already found it and cancelled. I still haven't received the two discs they said they sent out first class on Friday and aren't getting any replies to my emails and no replies to my calls:mad: .

Did you have any problems when you cancelled. I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow if they still haven't been received and request that they do not make any payments to them - in case Movie Stream try to.

EDIT:
After three emails and telling them I was going to inform my credit card company not to pay them they responded and all seems to be okay now. DVD's not received so they have listed them as missing.

yes I did my home insurance with MORE TH>N when they were £82. only £50 tracked so I raised an enquiry about the other £32 and they said it will updated before it is paid.
I don't know if they will do this automatically or not so I suggest you raise an enquiry with them.

i've set up a really good excel spreadsheet that lets me note everything i take part in, what i should get, when it tracks, when it validates and extra info e.g. when to cancel, how many times per day, any other info etc.

i only spent a few hrs on it and i've already made £30.

You sound a lot more organised than me Kobita, I have post-it notes all over my monitor reminding me to cancel subscriptions etc!

I renewed my car insurance policy with Prudential total cost was £269.85 and received £130 cashback into my Quidco account :j. I am so glad I found this site and all the posters who give you great information.
