    2. tracked (slightly greyed out)

    Does anyone know the reason/meaning of this.

  • hi plz can someone answer this for me i took out natwest insurance last week and ive had my policy documents but it hasnt tracked on qudico. do it take a bit of time to track?

    I want to cancel My Movie Stream now as I opened it last Sunday and the five days have now elapsed. I've received one set of DVD's and just been told another set is on it's way. So I need to cancel before I forget! It says that you can only cancel via your account so I clicked on there and pressed How To Cancel and it asks if you really want to etc etc. I can't see for the life of my where to continue the cancel section though :confused: . The site says you can't do it via phone. So if someone can show me where to open my eyes (!) in the right direction as I obviously have them closed at this point in time :D I would be very happy! Thanks :).

    I signed up for that offer as well and mine isn't being shown on Quidco yet. I went to submit a query as the statistics say it should be immediate. However the query page says I have to wait 12 days from when I ordered the insurance as it doesn't always update straight away. I have another week to wait so hopefully it will show up soon.

    Natwest seems to give lots of problems.
    As its sureshop enquiries should be answered within 30 days of being sent to merchnat (1-2months after filing) which is quicker than usual.

    nearer the time 2 got declined, so it works its self out.
  • Biggest load of rubbish for a long time. Earned £25 in June, and still waiting for it yet. If you dont have Paypal, forget it. Sent e-mail messages - ignored. Can't phone them as they don't have a number anywhere. Total Crap
