You should receive a letter welcoming you to CreditExpert and it'll tell you your ref. number in there. But, no worries if you've not received it in the post yet - just log into your CreditExpert account and view your credit report. It'll tell you your ref. number at the top of the page, under your name....eg:Your Experian UK Credit Report
Your Experian credit report is produced under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

edit to add: Your ref. number is also in the welcome email you should have received. Your number will be right at the bottom, just before the 'Many Thanks, CreditExpert' bit.0 -

We did RAC Breakdown cover and they have validated the payment for november 2007, there is clearly a mistake as they have validated a payment of over 30 times the correct amount.

Although you do need to enter credit card details as a verification check but no money will leave your account.
I did this one on Wednesday, but it still hasn't tracked. How long did everyone else's take to track?0 -

What happens to my money when an affiliate is removed? Was supposed to get paid £35 for Petplan in September but hasn't even validated and Petplan are no longer listed. The only reason I used Petplan was because the £35 cashback made them competitive.
This all seems rather hit and miss to me. Been a member since July and have only had £3'ish validated thus far. Have had £2 declined for no reason. Most of my transactions read as September for payout but looks highly unlikely that will happen.
Can't say I'm overwhelmed with this as thus far I've spent a lot of time and money and have absolutely nothing to show for it.
Personally Id open an Enquiry and give quidco all your details, inclding your reference num ber from Petplan so they can check.
If It was on there when you took it out, they should honour it regardless whether they are still on there or not.
Good luck and let us know how you get on!!!Saving for a lovely summer holiday. Will it be Evesham or Egypt???0 -

It was buy it now and I deleted all my internet history (i.e Cookies) before I logged in to quidco. I have had notheing appear in my transactions. What do I do next? Open a ticket, email them or wait longer?0

it takes a few days for ebay transactions to appear. Also, it is only 35% of teh seller fees not the price you pay.0
