Hi all

My Scarlet app got declined too, started a query then got home tonight to a letter from them saying that "my credit card for the £1 trial was rejected" - funny seeing as I paid on a debit card (which has deffo got more than £1 in!) and its still pending to come out of my account! Cheeky!

I tried to go through the application again to see if it specifically asks for a credit card (thinking I may have been blinded by the £8 profit - I know, dollar signs in my eyes!) but you have to put all your info in again to get to that page and I didn't want to risk it.

Anyway, I suppose I haven't actually lost anything so I'm grateful for that and just want to say thanks to everyone on here for all the tips. Now if I could just find the definitive answer to deleting cookies... (before me and my OH have another fight about it!)

Badger Lady - yes, but it was flippin' well not recognising my new address (new build house, completing tomorrow ) so went with Legal & General and have a nice spanky policy starting on Friday ready for Pickfords to bring our stuff

p.s. ...AND it's tracked already

I haven't got a credit card, just my trusty old visa electron, so I don't think that could be the reason.
