It's £11.50 cashback for signing up to some research panel into mobiles though you need to have a SMARTphone. I've got a Nokia 6680 so have just signed up. You have to install their software on your phone (eeek) and it sends usage info back to them periodically. You also get £15 into your account with them (installing) and £5 for participation. Should probably be more fully looked into...

Mine tracked on the 28/12/07, but still showing tracked and due for payment in January. Still a few days to go but I'm not counting on it.
