Ah, heck- Acquired 2x 4OD transactions
Went back in IE after it !!!!!ed about not having IE & its now tracked twice. If both payout all well & good, but I don't want any trouble over this, especially as it says one per user.

No way I can find to let them know either.

For those having problems with 4oD tracking - have you registered your name, email.....??? Mine tracked and validated within minutes

I'm guessing it will only track if you register - downloading alone is probably not enough (I could be wrong here ) Had a quick go and its not a bad application!!

Did you have any problems when you cancelled. I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow if they still haven't been received and request that they do not make any payments to them - in case Movie Stream try to.

EDIT:
After three emails and telling them I was going to inform my credit card company not to pay them they responded and all seems to be okay now. DVD's not received so they have listed them as missing.

Has anyone else had problems with My Movie Stream? The above was posted in September. I have today had a letter asking if I have the discs, they haven't got them and they want £30 from me. Considering I never received them, have no proof they even sent them out I am obviously not going to pay them. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

yep!!!! had terrible trouble with them.. cancled in good time, they still charged £12.99 for the first month, and when i did get through to them on the phone the guy was very "narky" and said that that the cancelation did not get through to them so i would have to pay, not question, also i started the trail with the free dvd, that was never sent, i contacted them about that to and there responce was that they had run out of the dvd i requested and they had sent an e-mail to everyone about making a new choice, i never recived this and he said he would send it again, never recived that one either, they had the correct e-mail address too as they read it out to me over the phone, I wrote a letter of complaint to the manger, I have never had a reply to that either, nightmare!!!!! wouldnt touch them with a barge pole! :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
