The status in the earnings report is an indicator of where your transaction is.

Tracked
The merchant has tracked your transaction but not yet validated it.

Tracked*
Same as above except this merchant will not explicitly validate your transaction. Unless it is denied, this transaction will next change to received when payment is received from the merchant.

Added
Cashback has been manually added to your account (usually after a successful enquiry).

Validated
The merchant has confirmed they will pay cashback on your transaction.

Declined
The merchant will not pay cashback on your transaction.

Received
We have received payment from the merchant for your transaction.

Paid
Your PayPal account has been credited.

The same thing has happened to me. I did go to Argos via Quidco and placed an order for reserve and collect and now have 25p tracking under 'Argos Pet Insurance'! Not that I'm complaining!

Does anyone know which Insurer would be best to use through Quidco for Home building and Contents inurance,i`ve read in earlier posts some take Months to clear and some don`t clear at all,cheers if you can advise.:beer:

Nationwide has a 1 month turnaround, take out Nov, payed Dec.
