Also just received £130 cash back for the car insurance I took out with The Prudential on the 22nd of August (notice it has gone down to £95 now)

I always make sure that I clear my cookies first & I have only had a few transactions that have not tracked (Esure never tracked last year but that was before I made a habbit of clearing cookies so maybe down to that)

Does anyone know how long a BACS payment takes to go through, my quidco is marked as Paid on the 1st Nov but there's nothing in my account...is it immediate?

Why don't you try contacting Lloyds. They should be able to see the source of application and may be able to give you some sort of idea of why it has been declined. This happens with gas and electricity cash back all the time?!
