They are quite bad at tracking unfortunatley, i think there was a huge post last year on here about it.
And people who keep asking about the status of there enquiry its all clearly displayed in the help section

I am still waiting (4 weeks) for my national lottery to track fully (50p tracked - should be £4). I know some others on here have had a similar problem and wondered if they now have the full amount.
