hi i was wondering how long things take to show up on quido? i bought from nextand marks and spencer online yesterday bu they r not showing up this morning.DOes it take a day or so?

just sent them an email.nothing tracked since 9/oct.must be at their end as ive changed nothing on my comp.anyone esle same?went like it over w/end then was ok, but seems to have stopped altogether.

I see other people are having problems with things not tracking in the last few days,I thought it was just me.

I placed an order with HMV via Quidco on 9th October which has now been dispatched but nothing is showing on Quidco.They have always been very quick with tracking up until now.It was only a small order,but,hey,every little helps.

Hi All,

I think I know the reason why Quidco are having all these problems and its all my fault.

I started this thread and by the looks of it, it has drummed up so much interest in using quidco that they cannot cope with all the demand. Seriously they even announced they had recruited two new staff to cope with the demand of tickets being raised on their quid-blog.

I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all those people experiencing difficulties and hope you get them sorted soon :rotfl:

The other day when I checked my Quidco account it had a total of
£6.77 (not all validated)
But today when I checked I only have a total of £2.77 with quite a few missing.
Have they taken their fee or just deleted my transactions.

Not sure of the answer to your question but where did you get that smiley from? In work so can't download anything.
