I printed off a copy of my credit rating etc when I took up the Credit Experian Report and there are so many accounts I have had and have not used for years i.e. Freemans Catalogue, HOF card etc can you just write to them and ask them to remove your name off their system? I took out the Amazon card back in January when we got £15 off, I used it quite a bit at first but haven't for the last five months or so. Can you tell them you no longer require it and ask them to remove you from their list aswell? They will probably be quite happy because I always pay my cards up in full as I refuse to give them interest :D . Thanks :).

Yes. That is the idea and what Martin recommends. Cancel all cards that you do not use. On the credit report it even gives you the addresses to write to for each card.
  • Strangeness in quidco today. I did my usual highstweb and then also signed up for test and vote and its registered 11 high st webs and 10 test and votes on quidco. Although this is nice at £1.15 a time, I am slightly concerned they are going to think I am trying to scam them and delete everything. Has this happened to anyone in the past?

  • I got £17.41 not validated yet, but cos of this morning its looks like I have £28.48. Not bad in just a couple of weeks without buying anything.

Which reminds me, I need to cancel Audible.

Carsource too, only 4p a day but with kelkoo at 10p a day and high street web at 8p x 2 thats 30p a day you can earn £9 a month from doing them everyday, theres also shopping.com but it rarely tracks.

Go hunt out all the free trials you can. Theres Audible, emusic, my movie stream, lovefilm (do this one as its 14.50, some of the other trials are less but still go through lovefilm as there supplier), blockbuster, which, microsoft live website and more but can't think of them all right now!
