    Yes - and also make absolutely sure that the staff at your elderly relative's care home are aware of what is happening, in case the potential thief visits to try and persuade them to sign something.

    I really hope that the OPs are in time to prevent anything on this scale happening to their loved one. It's good that they are looking out for someone so vulnerable.
