Dell only offer available add-on extras. They don't custom build.

When you order from Dell, you are given two options at the very beginning of the order precess which are "order for home" and "order for work".

I've ordered from their outlet, so no there's no customisation at all.

I ordered "for home" as I'm an employee. I wouldn't have chosen "for work" as I'm an employee working for a company. But since I started investigating about returning this, I'm lucky didn't do that, as the terms for business purchases are very, very different.


On a positive note, I just got an phone call from Dell saying that they still cannot cancel the order, but they will arrange the collection as soon as it's delivered with no extra cost on my part. I just found it extremely dumb that they spend money to deliver and arrange the return, but well...
