LAX Lounge?

Sorry that this seems such a ridiculously simple question, but I have looked and think I must be missing something. Does anyone know of a walk-in lounge for the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX? I had intended to use one as we're flying on my birthday, but I can only find lounges which have entry requirements.

. . .I did not speak out
Then they came for me
And there was no one left
To speak out for me..

Not sure there is one at the moment. There was one called ReLax, but think it is closed during the terminal refurb. Don't know when/if it reopens.
I guess you are not a Priority Pass member, they use the KAL / Skyteam lounge.0 -

Thanks. Unfortunately you're confirming what I thought.
I had intended to join Priority Pass via my bank account, but as it doesn't appear to provide access in T5 and we probably wouldn't have made much use of it I went with a different 'extra'. (Having second thoughts now it's too late!). . .I did not speak out

Correct, no Priority Pass (or any other paid) lounges in T5 currently, it's BA all the way...0

When are you going?
You could always ask (nicely) at Flyertalk for BA lounge access.
(I'll be there 19th March in 1st)
Amex PLAT gets you free priority Pass (£450 fee:eek:) But you could apply then cancel once you've been (get a pro rata refund )0 -
Earlier this year I was on transit through LAX. Outbound was for about 5 hours and most of that was taken up with going through entry, customs and security.
Inbound was about 10 hours lay over. Arrived very early-dozed fitfully-had something to eat-then checked in for my BA flight. Spent several hours in the departure lounge. It was very pleasant-no facilities as such but for most of the time I had the whole place to myself so it was very relaxing.
I believe there are short-stay transit hotels at LAX also.0 -

I'm going on Monday. I hadn't thought to check earlier, though it wouldn't have made a difference. I thought about Flyertalk, especially as I've just registered there to ask a question......but it feels very cheeky.. . .I did not speak out
