PCN from Liverpool airport for stopping

I've had a pcn from Liverpool airport for 20 seconds of stopping down a dead end.
I've been here before but a while back with pe 3 times but ignored them, that has changed I understand.
I'm aware I appeal to vehicle control then possibly to popla then the court. I've scoured around but just need a decent template to send the the thieves.

All is covered in the NEWBIES sticky thread. Nothing more needs to be said.

You will find recent IAS ones when you search the forum for JLA as a keyword. I replied to one today who might try an IAS appeal (you don't have to, as the NEWBIES thread explains, their credibility, transparency & fairness is questioned by some posters). All victims should complain to the DVLA if an IAS appeal is lost, and NOT pay the cowboys seeing as the decisions from a pompous-sounding 'Assessor' are very often (from what we have seen) diabolical IMHO, and are not binding.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
