Hi,
I have an old Fellowes shredder that is starting to fail due to worn brushes on the motor, does anyone one know if I can buy some new ones anywhere?
Thanks in advance

If you cant get any from the original manufacturer it may be with trying to modify some washing machine brushes which are easily obtainable from local repair shops.
I have done this several times with various motors in the past.0 -
Thanks for this Alan.
I've contacted Fellowes and they don't do spare parts for my shredder - typical!
So I can get an idea if it is worth trying to fix, roughly how much do washing machine brushes normally cost?0 -
Some local repair shops have a selection for various machines and prices. I did some last year cost me a whole £3 a pair, they were indesit brushes i think.0
