I was discharged from bankruptcy a few years ago and have been working on cleaning up my credit files.
I have now got all but one debt showing as settled / satisfied / partially satisfied but I'm not sure when the satisfied date should be. I know the default date must be no later than the date of bankruptcy, should the settled/satisfied date be no later than the date of discharge?
Thank you.
