Settled/Satisfied Date?

Options
I was discharged from bankruptcy a few years ago and have been working on cleaning up my credit files.

I have now got all but one debt showing as settled / satisfied / partially satisfied but I'm not sure when the satisfied date should be. I know the default date must be no later than the date of bankruptcy, should the settled/satisfied date be no later than the date of discharge?

Thank you.

If a settlement/satisfied date is shown it should be no later than the date of discharge.

That's interesting, thank you. Couple more letters to write then!

I don't suppose there's any "official" guidance on this I can send to the organisations?
