Uk parking control

My girlfriend has received a ticket from these guys today. I cannot tell what sort of ticket it is as the top of the ticket has been ripped off just above the reference number.
Also, the parking attendant has not completed the five digit ID number.
My gut feeling is to ignore this, then when they get in touch tell them to take a long walk off a short pier.
Any advice would be welcome as to how enforceable this ticket is
Many thanks

Ignoring UKPC and the subsequent DR+ / Zenith Collections junkmail has worked fine for just about everyone who has ignored him, however still better to appeal, get a POPLA code and kill this, and the bonus is the satisfaction you've cost them £27. You have not said where your girlfriend obtained this ticket .
ie England or Wales?
and does the RK live in E or W
So assuming that - wait until the Registered Keeper receives notification and then appeal this - as the RK
UKPC have actually started issuing court claims although todate these have either been multi tickets or trying luck in Scotland.
I would knock this dead at POPLA - it is not worth waiting for the entourage of DRP letters .0
