You don't need luck. PE don't contest our appeals now. :)

  • Today is when my 14 days is up for the reduced fine. I did submit my online appeal however I have not received an receipt of acceptance. I did state they have 35 days to get back to me. Should I have received an email confirmation at least?

What happens IF they reject my appeal, will I be liable for £60 fine or £100?

I did get a second reminder yesterday about the fine etc.

I am worried now, thanks in advance.
  • Did it use the word "Fine" anywhere? If not, why are you using it to descrive a speculative invoicing scam by a company who are known to lie and cheat to get their "money"

Relax, this is silly now, can't believe you have still been eyeing the 'discount deadline'! You will win so get on with your actual life and await the reply.

  • Just got an email from parkingeye and they have cancelled the ticket with the following statement:

We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on!22 November 2014 00:00, at xxxxx car park.

We can confirm that this Charge has been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due on this account.

    Kind Regards,
    ParkingEye Team
