Horstmann electronic 7 no hot water
I've recently moved into a new apartment, bearing in mind before this someone else has always sorted out hot water/electricity etc. I have absolutely no clue how work the hot water controls.
I have read the manual online and understand the summer/winter setting is set at a default setting when its installed.
My old man messed around with it on moving day and i assumed he'd set it at an appropriate time but had no water still, now I'm thinking he may have set a time for a manual boost have yet to get hold of him.
I have no hot water at all, I usually shower in the evening very rarely in the morning. On the display it currently says winter AM 1.33 but the number changes throughout the day its just changed to 1.35. The off peak light is also off.
Why do I have no hot water and how can I get it? Id also like to know how to operate the controls and understand it for future reference! Thank you!

well first thing is to press the boost button twice and hopefully a light will come on. Then 30 mins later see if you have hot or warm water.
If not, there is somethings wrong0
