Confirmation of CCJ set aside

Good morning,

I received my letter yesterday from the court that the CCJ that had been incorrectly placed on my record has officially been set aside.

Do I need to forward this to equifax and the like or is this picked up centrally somewhere?

Thanks in advance,

They will be informed automatically. The courts update the central registery trust, who then update the CRAs.

  • Does anyone know how long it takes for the Registry Trust to update the CRA's? Has yours gone from your file chloecc?
