The winner will win a 42” Panasonic Freetime 3D TV currently retailed at Currys at £699* plus free satellite dish installation (as required). The winner will be notified via phone or email. The winner must accept the prize within 2 weeks of notification otherwise a redraw will take place.

5. Freesat reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of greater or equal value if the prize is no longer available for reasons beyond Freesat’s reasonable control.

Freesat will endeavour to arrange installation and delivery of prizes within 3 months of the winner accepting the prize. Installation will be arranged on a mutually convenient date between the winner and the installer.

7. Entrants must have permission (landlord, council or otherwise) for a satellite dish to be installed (or already have a satellite dish installed with permission), otherwise that element of the prize may be forfeited. The installation requires the dish to be mounted externally and a cable, no longer than 20 metres, must be able to reach the Freesat box at the winner’s property. Freesat makes no representation as to the signal quality to the winner’s property.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for incomplete, delayed, corrupted or incorrect entries.

9. Entrants' data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering this competition. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receiving future correspondence from Freesat. Entrants who opt-in will have the option to unsubscribe from any future correspondence.
