No aviva amazon vouchers

We took out Aviva car insurance with Aviva in July because Money saving Expert was offering £60 Amazon Vouchers via a link I did this correctly,I am still waiting and can't get a reply from MSE on messages I've sent and I rang Aviva and they told me they don't supply the vouchers,we did this for home insurance in may and we got the email to claim them no problem.HOW CAN I GET A REPLY FROM MSE EXPERT PLEASE ANY ADVISE
