    I had the soup last week. It's quite nice, but it needed some pepper and bread. I'll be having the Festive Bake this week, I love them.

    Sounds like a silly question but do you just show the person behind the counter the page that says 'Rewards available - Free festive bake' or should a code come up that they need? :p

    I just showed them my phone that showed the free festive bake in my rewards and they gave it to me :beer:

  • I had mine the other day, didn't top up any money and just clicked on the 'Press to Spend' button on the Rewards screen. The Greggs people just needed to code on the screen that's generated.
