The Trouble With the Falling Oil Price

Me too also, answer my question about gas processing, nobuilt gastion compression.
I work in the industry and see both sides.
Your question doesn't make any sense which is why I havent tried to answer it
what about compressors and gas processing plants?
The UK has the infrastructure to handle over 100BCM of NatGas annually and more can be built just as additional infrastructure (pipelines processing plants and even substation upgrades) has been built in the USA to handle record amounts of NatGas0 -
A good start, I believe in my simple way, would be to replace coal with natural gas.
If we had excess local NG then a good idea but if we need to import more NG to feed the CCGTs probably not a good idea. Better to stick with coal which is much cheaper in the winter months (as NG prices rise during the winter while coal doesn't)
The UK provably has a good mix now. 20% nuke and the ability to swing from 20% to 60% for both coal and gas
also its surprising how the UK by itself designed and built a brand new type of CO2 AGR by itself post ww2. Those gen two reactors designed fully and independently in the uk at one point were producing > 100TWh annually (30% of today's needs). We were capable of designing and building an innovative new reactor design. Now it takes ten years to grant a planning stamp for a french builder financed by a chines company to build a foreign design. First world problems...0 -

Oil is a generalisation. Within it come many forms. The US government has reportedly told oil companies they can begin to export shipments of condensate - a high-grade crude produced as a by-product of gas0 -
Speaking of oil and Russia's woes...
I found the article below interesting, specifically the reliance on resource led growth.
Scotland independents take note!
One thing to admire in the US is their technological drive.

A teenager could've written a better article. Can you believe the journalist who wrote that piece thinks America has a free market.
If he can name one of those markets, it might even be worth reading the rest of the article.0 -
Down to $52 does anyone not think it is a good thing falling oil prices.0
