Sat- We're being naughty eating out
Sun - Mums
Mon - Baked Potato with tuna and salad
Tues - SC Sausage Casserole
Weds - Cauliflower Cheese and veggies
Thurs - SC Chicken Casserole
Fri - Tomato and Mozzarella Pasta with garlic bread
Also I used up my ripe pears by making a Pear, Raisin and Cinnamon Crumble and will probably make some flapjacks this week too.0 -

Hi Curly, could I possibly have the recipe for your Baked bean loaf, that sounds like just what I've been looking for recently (trying to cut down on our meat intake!)
I really want to get into this meal planning business but need a few more recipes under my belt before I dare publish what we eat!!Light bulb moment Feb 2014! Total debt then £17,497.64
Current debt £8121.16.
Expected debt free date Aug 2030 with current plan but I will beat that date, I had to adjust it due to a drop in wages0
