Added Czech Republic to my blocked country list

I get very few INRs so when I get 2 from one country in less than a month I get worried. Only one has opened a case, the other one I refunded straight away, so luckily only one defect.

Has anyone else had issues with the Czech Republic or is it just me?

I haven't had issues with the Czech, but Bulgaria recently has earned a place on my black list. Out of 4 items to there last month, 2 INRs.

It could be that one customer told their buddy how easy it was to get two for the price of one from you, effectively putting you on their own private suckers list. This is why I investigate claims of INR properly and make people jump through all the hoops. This is unfortunate for genuine people but I'm not getting put on any suckers lists.

I'm a bit cross at the moment actually. My sales today have been dire and of the few things I've sold one is going to the Czech Republic!

I firstly thought I'd done something wrong, so checked my settings to find all my blocks have gone, apart from Africa, even Italy and The Russian Federation are allowable again. I've re set the blocks and have checked back and they are still blocked, so I have no idea what has happened, unless it is yet another eBay glitch.

The fact that I have another Czech buyer, albeit it on a very cheap low end item is a worry though- I can't see why my items are attracting bids from there unless it is as you say, but then why don't they go for dearer items?
