The draw closes on 01/03/2015. Any entries received after this date will not be accepted. Winners will be chosen by 01/06/2015.

There is one prize to be won. One completed entry drawn at random under independent supervision will receive a trip for a family of 4 people consisting of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 on the date of travel to Los Angeles. If either or both children are over the age of 12 on the date of travel, additional costs will be incurred by the winner. 8. Prize Trip for 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12 to LA comprises:
Economy return flights from London airport to LA; Car hire (self-drive), five night 4* hotel stay in Los Angeles with breakfast (based on 4 people sharing one room), Warner Bros. VIP studio Tour for two adults and two children and travel insurance.
9. Flights available from major international airports inLondon only; Winner and guests must have full passports valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel; travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken from 20th December 2015 – 2nd January 2016 (Christmas and New Year), UK bank holidays, or over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; Adults must be aged 18 or over, one adult must be over 21; The hire car driver must be 21 or over and possess a full and clean driving licence; The minimum age for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour is 8 years-old. Children who are not travelling with a parent or legal guardian must have prior written permission before travelling; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers; The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
10. Specified accommodation, restaurants and tours are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered dependent on availability. Individual supplier terms and conditions apply.
11. The winner will be notified by phone and email. In the event that the claim for the prize is not received by the promoter within 28 days of prize notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
12. 20 x Runners-up will each receive an official THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES merchandise set (containing 3 x exclusive film-themed merchandise items to be confirmed by Warner Bros.).
13. The promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner and to refuse to award the prize, or withdraw prize entitlement, where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.

15. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity by the promoter with no further recompense.

17. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms & conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
