TopCashBack PLEASE HELP!PROBLEM SOLVED!

Does anyone know how to get rid of "Which notifier do you want to choose?" on Chrome and FF, PLEASE? They appear every time I open either.

Are they browser add-ons? If so, you should be able to view them in Firefox by typing about:addons in the address bar and clicking the "Extensions" button on the far left. In Chrome, type chrome://extensions/ in the address bar.
The add-ons should all be listed, and you may be able to change the settings or disable (or completely uninstall) the add-on if you wish.0 -

Did you have to install a program to get the TopCashBack toolbar? If so, you should be able to uninstall it (and possibly change any settings) by going to the Windows Control Panel and choosing "Programs and Features".
If that doesn't work, I'd try and get rid of the toolbar completely by running MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware, adwCleaner, and maybe a quick scan with your antivirus. Often these toolbars are considered borderline malware because of the way that they track, monitor and interfere with your browsing.

So it's definitely not listed in the extensions in chrome?
Open chrome > menu> settings > extensions
