I wonder if you can give me an idea of a Christmas gift please?
It is for a relative who is working part-time in medicine, has preschool children, so has very little time for herself. Crafting kits and cookbooks are out.
At Christmas we have a £10 limit on items to buy each other.
Any ideas? Something nice and a treat if possible please. She is in to Joules, Cath Kidston etc. Naturally these are all out at this price, but you get a feel for the style of person.
Thanks

If you have a Cath shop, just go in and tell them you have a £10 budget

I am a Cath lover and I would personally love something from there, they have lots of lovely little bits and bobs in that price range, honestly
Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0 -
Yankee candles are a great gift to receive and lots of places at the moment are doing the medium sized jars for under £10, in fact some are even doing the large jars for that!0

Boots have cute hand warmers for £10

If you search Aroma home they have some knitted animal ones and some smarter fairisle style. quite nicely packaged, not nec a bargain, but I think a nice gift within the budget. I'm similar to your description, and I like it.x0 -
A small gift bag, with a small bottle of wine, some chocolates a small candle and a bath bomb. And a magazine. Just for her a timeout bag.0

Joules sell a egg box with 4 bath fizzers in that is lovely. Last year it had a peppery sweet scentt so different to the normal heavily scented lush offerings. Its normally in the 3 for 2 as well.

Do you have a locally made gift fair near you? You can get some lovely things made from Cath Kidson type fabric at them. Cute signs, nice covered books all sorts really and a bit different to high street.
I am going to a open house thing at the weekend to someone who makes, bath bombs, foot soaks, soaps, healing balm, that type thing I am planning on filling a large kilner style jar with goodies for my kids. It will keep the moisure out in the bathroom that is the plan. Could you feel a fancy jar with goodies?0
