Anyone have experience with Pier Management

They manage the building our leasehold property is in. The property needs some serious work done to the exterior. So far they have been (reasonably) good although getting replies from them seems to be an ongoing issue.

Just interested to know if anyone else has experience with them.

I have to be careful in this reply however look at articles about pier management in Southend on sea they have done really off the wall bad things. They only manage our leasehold but their fees and other expenses have been so massive that we are currently taking them to a first stage tribunal.
Also so far the quality and cost of works are more than 2.6 x the usual quotations and were completed so poorly.
This prompted us to look at the insurance we had to pay via them and again way higher than it should be. Ask citizens advice about them and how to ensure you are managed fairly also you can get help from Lease advisory and others. Good luck you will need it, if we had known about Pier before we bought we would have not completed and found somewhere else.
