    There's no more advice to give other than ignore - unless you want to take the only other option open to you to get rid of this any time in the six years following your parking incident.

    If so, send them a cheque.

    Dear DR+

    The debt is denied. Please refer the matter back to the principal.
    The signage was not adequate so I refer you to ParkingEye v Beavis, which established that unless signage is adequate the charge is a penalty and/or an unfair contract term. As this is binding case law your client has no case.


    They don't like their own case being used against them.
