How do you contact ebay on live chat

I've printed off a free returns label that should of been 48 hour tracked but when I try and track the parcel it says the item number isn't recognised. So would anyone know how to contact ebay on live chat as they are asking me for a tracking number.

    Go to the 'contact us' tab at top of eBay page, choose any option and opt for 'live chat'.

  • What did you do with the package after you attached the returns label?

    For the tracking service to be validated, you need to drop the package off over a PO counter and if you put it in a postbox instead, the tracking won't be recognised on the RM or parcelforce website.

    For the tracking service to be validated, you need to drop the package off over a PO counter and if you put it in a postbox instead, the tracking won't be recognised on the RM or parcelforce website.

    Whilst it is best to drop it at a PO counter it isn't needed, RMT updates 5 times on it's journey, it will update. The next scan will be the Mail Centre (custardy will know the correct name), but, as it happens, there is an issue with RMT updating at the moment. It is delayed by up to 72 hours, RM are aware.

    I took the parcel in to the post office. I've contacted live chat to tell them the tracking number isn't recognised and I was passed to three different people before I was told to wait three days to see if the tracking shows.
