Clearing out my drawers at work (oooh errr matronnnn) I came across two purses today, each one with a pound note in it - left there, I presume, by the previous teacher who used them as a lesson prop. Will take them to the bank to see if they can be exchanged and drop them in the kids' charity box. School corridors are very rich pickings, but mostly for sweeties. I only eat the wrapped ones. Found 10p in the bar I was in tonight. The downside is my car has been locked in the bank carpark and I might get clamped. That will teach me for trying to be a !!!!!! and not paying for parking!

my total for the month is still at around 60p... found at bus stops or in the street.

To make everyone's lives easier, I'd like to change the format of the challenge and keep the same thread throughout the year (or until it gets too big).
It would be easier to maintain, and you guys wouldn't have to wait for the new thread to be created before you can post your finds.
