Hi, I have a whirlpool washing machine, the outer drum case is cracked, water pouring everywhere.
Can anyone advise is Dom Gen will repair it under the parts guarantee or will they take the engineer fee and say it uneconomical to repair, then what will it cost?

Sounds terminal if you ask me. Probably cheaper to get a new machine.0 -

Get one built from 1960-1980 and it'll go on forever.
Unfortunately, in the interest of saving the environment, new stuff (just like cars) is designed to fail after a few years use, so that when it goes to landfill it helps to create heat absorbing layers of rubbish that helps to stop the polar icecaps melting..... Or they're just money grabbing barstewards and want people to keep buying new stuff at all costs.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
