Need a new camera for someone, not really huge budget.
this canon sx510 got cybermonday deal
link: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search/searchTerm/SX510.htm
and Was wondering is it actually any good? Mainly would be used to take some ebay pictures in lower light conditions and just some general everyday photos. By the specs it looks decent but wondering how the image quality would be on such kind of bridge camera? And by quality I mean would it be close to DSLR camera level or just some crap point&shoot camera quality?
Got myself an D3200 few days ago and it has been phenomenal in picture quality,I realise that this sx510 probably wont be as good but then the price is also almost 3x less.
Anyone can shed some light on these kind of ''bridge cameras'' ?

Review here...

They recommend it at £1750 -
It'll be fine ...
If you don't need the silly zoom try this one http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/1665420.htm
It's cheaper and will do all the things you require. I am biased though - I like Canon. I've got an ancient compact and a more recent SLR - both take great pics.0
